Initial Consultation
We start by sitting down with you to hear what you have in mind. This can be done face-to-face or online - whatever works best for you. We'll chat about what matters to you – the moments you want to highlight, reflect on, and share. This will help us determine the scale of the project and provide a clear idea of costs and commitment. It's about making sure that we're on the same page and knowing how to best support your endeavour.
Story Planning
After our initial chat is when we'll dig deeper, have a few more conversations before proposing a plan for your biography or message. We'll further discuss the stories – people, events, and ideas, and plan for what needs to be included. And we'll review details as to what, where, when and how we can best capture the your legacy.
Pre-Production
Here, the nitty-gritty work of organising interviews, gathering materials pertinent to the project, and the scouting of locations gets done. This is an important phase for laying the groundwork for smooth, efficient and successful recording session(s).
Interview and Filming
Our objective on the shoot day is to focus on having good old fashioned conversations. The team is dedicated both to ensuring that you are at your most relaxed for memories to flow naturally and authentically. And also, recording your stories in high audio and visual fidelity.
Post-Production
Upon completion of filming, the work of crafting your narrative into a cohesive and engaging story begins. The interviews are enhanced with the inclusion of photos, additional footage, music and even customised graphic elements.
Review and Feedback
You will have the opportunity to review drafts to ascertain accuracy of the information provided as well as give feedback for how your stories are presented. These comments will go towards refining the work so that the end product not only meets, but surpasses your expectations.
Final Delivery
The completed biography is delivered in digital format, offering you the choice between a beautifully crafted video or other media options. While we strive to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific media beyond digital formats.
